Media rights register
This register records why each major family of images, audio, data and third-party material may be published, what attribution is required, and whether advertising is permitted beside it. “Ad-free” is an enforced publication boundary, not an implication that TKB owns the material. Anything without a documented right stays unpublished or on hold.

Publication control
The codebase treats advertising eligibility as an allowlist. Parent community hubs, brand pages, media archives, calculators, installers, privacy pages, error pages and any route containing non-commercial material are excluded. A disclaimer never substitutes for permission. If a source policy changes, the affected family is moved to ad-free or hold before the next publication.
