Community reports are valuable because they expose routes, failure modes and edge cases that package data cannot prove. They are never merged silently into file-confirmed mechanics.

Provisional forum findings

Section titled “Direct hose-to-drain routing”Multiple players report success when the hose points downward into the centre of a compatible drain. Other players report that some drains are nearly impossible to use this way. Confidence: community technique, inconsistent implementation.
Low-water pump over-output

Generator cable reset

Construction Site routing
Section titled “Construction Site routing”Community advice after the Construction Site update emphasises opening high drains first, directing rather than fully blocking inflow, protecting excavation pits after nearby drains are available and using pumps as persistent support while digging. Confidence: community route intelligence.
Contribution rule

- relevant game build where known;
- whether TKB reproduced it;
- contradictions or later patch changes.
