What Phase 21 now proves

Phase 21.7 is the final completion-integrity release.

Phase 21 begins with a finite, reconciled intake: 973 candidate rows across 69 faction pages and 356 named buckets. Every published source count remains accounted for by region and faction.

That is not 973 unique quests. The source mixes one-time quests, chain stages, requests, commissions, repeatables and faction-level records. Each candidate must be classified before it can become a walkthrough or Completion Companion milestone.

Phase 21.6 now classifies every visible regional identity:

Hernand: 293 identities → 262 verified Hernand routes and 31 non-quest system records; two routes were pre-existing, so 260 were net-new.
Pailune: 143 identities → 115 verified Pailune routes and 28 non-quest system records.
Greymanes: 100 identities → 99 verified Greymane routes and one non-quest system record.
Demeniss: the source reports 158 rows, while its visible pages expose 154 named identities → 124 verified Demeniss routes and 30 non-quest system records. The remaining four rows are retained as an explicit four-row source delta, not invented as quests.
Delesyia: 156 identities reconcile exactly → 128 verified Delesyia routes and 28 non-quest system records.
Crimson Desert: 122 identities → 115 verified Crimson Desert routes and 7 non-quest system records.
Abyss: the single Goblin Tower system node contains a Giant Tower stage but no completion narrative or quest objective, so it remains non-quest evidence.

Together, 969 classified rows now contain 843 verified routes, 126 system records and the four-row Demeniss source delta. Phase 21.6 adds 115 net-new canonical walkthroughs, bringing the guide to 848 supported optional quest records when the seven earlier named quests are included.

Promotion rule

A candidate becomes a supported quest only when the evidence names its identity, starting situation, ordered objectives and completion signal. The walkthrough then adds field preparation, blocker-aware recovery, visible rewards and source links without inventing exact unlock ranks, mandatory characters or replayability.

The intake snapshot reports game data version 1.10.01, last updated 11 June 2026. The guide is validated against Patch 1.16.03, so every promoted region also receives an official patch-delta and Known Issues review.

Regional route contracts

Hernand

All 293 identities remain reconciled exactly. Patch 1.14.00 repaired the completion blocker in A Dwarf’s Concern, and Patch 1.15.00 repaired the riding-combat objective in Scattered Honey Jars.

Pailune

All 143 identities reconcile exactly. Patch 1.12.00 repaired the completion reward for Followers from Frost; no later official note removes the other promoted Pailune identities.

Greymanes

All 100 identities reconcile exactly. The 99 real routes preserve their source-recorded objective order and completion narrative. The empty Record of the Greymanes parent record remains classified as a system node rather than becoming a fake quest.

Demeniss

Every one of the 124 visible completion-bearing routes preserves its source-recorded objective order and completion narrative. Thirty patrol, liberation, faction, territory and schedule records remain system evidence rather than fake quests.

The source labels Tales of the Demenissian Residents as 34 entries but currently exposes only 30 named row pages. Those 30 are guided; the difference remains a four-row source delta until the source publishes stable identities and route evidence.

Delesyia

All 156 identities reconcile exactly. The 128 completion-bearing routes preserve the source-recorded objective order and completion narrative; 28 patrol, schedule, territory, faction and location records remain system evidence rather than fake quests.

Crimson Desert and Abyss

All 122 Crimson Desert identities reconcile exactly. The 115 completion-bearing routes preserve their source-recorded objectives and completion narratives; seven faction, liberation or location records remain system evidence. The sole Abyss row is a Goblin Tower system node with a Giant Tower stage, not a separate quest.

Completion boundary

Phase 21.7 classifies all 848 supported optional quest records for checklist safety:

six proven one-time named quests already have stable Completion Companion IDs;
40 source-labelled daily routes are explicitly repeatable and remain excluded;
802 replayability-unresolved records remain excluded instead of being guessed;
126 faction, schedule, patrol, territory, liberation and Abyss records remain non-quest system evidence;
the only unresolved census rows are the existing four-row Demeniss source delta.

At the historical Phase 21 boundary, Completion Companion remains at 618 milestones on dataset v5.0.0 with the same local-storage key. Phase 24 now advances the current checklist to dataset v6.0.0 and 676 milestones while preserving every earlier ID and state; no Phase 21 regional route enters the checklist without one-time evidence.

After this release, 4 candidate rows remain, all within the quantified Demeniss source delta; no other visible source identity remains unresolved.

Current progression warning

The publisher’s current Known Issues notice says some Greymane faction quests may not progress while playing as Damiane or Oongka. Every Greymane walkthrough therefore defaults to Kliff, calls for a manual save before sensitive objectives and includes a Kliff-first retry route. The warning remains until the official notice removes it and the affected paths are reverified.
